They were two of the nicest guys and easy to talk to. John crawled underneath my outside deck in order to get to the dryer vent. This is something I was unable to do myself. The vent was clogged so bad that it was like concrete. Luckily he cleaned it out and now my dryer works so much better. Thank you guys for doing a great job.
